CAL STATE FULLERTON

The Hub on Campus at Fullerton is a mixed-use student housing development located adjacent to the California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). Spanning 3.66 acres, the project features six stories of new construction, offering 377 units and 1,103 beds. Designed to enhance the student living experience, the development also includes structured parking and over 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, bringing additional amenities to the area.

Approved by the City of Fullerton in the spring of 2022, the project is set to be completed and delivered in the fall of 2025. Once finished, it will provide a modern, high-quality housing option for CSUF students while contributing to the growth and vibrancy of the surrounding community.
